With a distinguished career as an HR leader, Kimian Dewar-Murray has guided executives in manufacturing, sales, and commercial organizations. Her expertise spans HR Business Partnership, talent management, leadership development, and DEI, with a passion for building high-performing, people-centered workplaces.
As a first-generation corporate leader, Kimian understands the challenges of balancing ambition with well-being. Her journey shaped by resilience, mentorship, and self-awareness inspires her commitment to helping leaders grow without burnout.
Kimian holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from The College of New Jersey and a Master’s in Human Resources Management from Rutgers University.
